After hearing the tragic news of an American man being shot on a jet ski in Mexican waters I was angry. It seemed hard to believe that something like this would happen to someone who was just seeking a little adventure with his wife.
Tiffany Hartley said she and her husband, David, were on a sightseeing trip on the Mexican side of Falcon Reservoir, straddling the border, when pirates in three speedboats began chasing them. David was shot in the back of the head, and Tiffany had to leave him because of fear for her own life.
Does this scare any of you? I spent my honeymoon in Mexico and after hearing of these problems in Mexico, I don't know if I have plans to visit Mexico any time soon. Do you?
